We live in the world of information technology, where everyone has open access to all knowledge, using only a smartphone. There are tons of resources on health, nutrition, and physical activity — yes, anything. And this is truly an amazing century of limitless knowledge.
Human nature, consisting of Yin and Yang, tells us that by combining male and female, we come to harmony. It is indisputable that every human soul is already a priori ideal and impeccable. And, indeed, each person taken is able to recreate within himself the balance of male and female. But this is the way of the saints. The way by which you can come into contact with your subtle body and learn to listen to your soul, completely lulling the mind for a while.
There are many biases and stereotypes regarding nutrition. Billions of dollars are spent annually on all kinds of research. More and more diets are being developed. How can one not get confused in this abundance of information? Strict restriction of oneself in nutrition sooner or later leads to breakdowns and, as a result, to the effect of yo-yo.
Meditation is a spiritual practice that can be viewed from different angles. I will not talk about pumped teachers, yogis, Buddhists and others. I will also not consider meditation in this article as part of a culture or religion. Nevertheless, I am sure that this practice will benefit absolutely every person without exception.
